"One breath for two"

The ensemble Class&Jazz only five years old. But it has already received the grant of fund "Russian performing art" and several diplomas at the international competitions. Instead of the last week the duet has returned from the International competition of chamber ensembles and piano duets by name of D.D.Shostakovich from Moscow where has received the first premium, a rank of the winner and a special prize. The members of ensemble - Oleg and Natalia Bezuglovy - have finished the Rostov state conservatory: Natasha at the class of a piano (professor Elena Chaplina), Oleg at the class of a violin (Dmitry Shejnkman).

- In the conservatory we have got acquainted, in theconservatory we have got married, - laughs Oleg, the violinist and the head of ensemble. - Later the idea to play together has come to us. So, there is a duet.

- What differs Class&Jazz from other chamber ensembles?
- First, it is important, in my opinion, that we are a husband and the wife. We can rehearse for hours, and for this purpose we do not need to agree about the meeting, to go somewhere. We play at home when we want and as much as necessary. One of attributes of the good ensemble is absolute mutual understanding between ãî participants. And I with Natasha feel each other, we have one breath for two. Also, we haven't right to be mistaken, somewhere to keep in the background, hide for the partner. We in the answer the friend before the friend both on the stage, and in the life. Secondly, singularity of our duet in it stereo activity, that is clear from our brand. Creating Class&Jazz, we were guided by working with different directions in music. In our repertoir there is both jazz and classical music.

- Really the classics becomes again interesting to a wide audience?
- That's just the point. Interest to chamber and in general to classical music today is high enough. But qualitative studio records of some products simply are not present.

- Above what is you work now? And how do you see the prospects?
- Now we are in postgraduate study in a class of the professor Margarita Petrovny Chernyh. We consider, that it is our good luck to have so wonderful teacher: among her pupils there are more than 30 winners and diplomants of the international competitions. Definitely in many respects we are obliged by the successes to her. We have written down already two compact discs, and now we work above the third. In the future we plan to leave more often on competitions to the Europe, to expand our audience.
